This Privacy Policy explains how Eye of Nali ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Kenny Deniz in Caledon, Ontario, Canada, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit eyeofnali.com (the "Site") or make a purchase. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

Information you give us: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and order details when you place an order or contact us.

Payment information: your payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits of your card) but do not store your full card number.

Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Marketing information: if you subscribe, your phone number and/or email address and your engagement with our emails/messages.

SMS/VIP sign-up: if you enter your phone number in our VIP sign-up box, we collect your phone number and your consent to receive marketing text messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See the SMS section of our Terms of Service for full details.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to process, fulfill, and deliver your orders and handle returns or defect claims; to communicate with you about your order and respond to your questions; to send marketing emails if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time); to operate, improve, and secure the Site and prevent fraud; and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed. These may include: our e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify); payment processing (e.g., Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal); shipping and fulfillment (e.g., USPS, DHL, UPS, and any fulfillment partner); email and SMS marketing (e.g., Klaviyo/Postscript); and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, understand how the Site is used, and support marketing. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Site may not work properly. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent to non-essential cookies through a banner.

California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, and opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Everyone: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

8. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill orders, comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us at eyeofnali@gmail.com and we will delete it.
